This conference is perfect to bridge North America and Europe and learn from some of the greatest MD's outside of the USA. The MD from Basel if ONE OF THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS and worth the price of admission alone! Also, there will be plenty of time to ask questions and get some "face time" with the MD's as there will be a small group for this conference.
I am going to try to make it and confirm flight costs. BTW, if you are considering PRRT therapy in EUROPE, and have never gone to Europe, you should go to this conference and MONTREAL. It the closest thing to Europe one can get in North America....but its wonderful and a beautiful city! The weather should be great so perhaps a restr tour between sessions or stay a day.
Also, the airport in Montreal has USA customs in the airport so one basically goes through customs (US) there and lands in a domestic gate...no hassle coming in or getting out. One of the easiest airports I have been through....and as soon as you get out of and into the lobby, You're in Europe...including food, language, culture.....worth a day on your own to enjoy!
ADD THE CONFERENCE CONTENT AND ONE GETS A REAL BONUS......AGAIN IF CONSIDERING PRRT, BASEL IS THE #1 CHOICE FOR USA PATIENTS AND THE HEAD OF THE DEPT IS PRESENTING......! ADD THE OTHER TOPICS AND PRESENTERS AND ITS A WINNER!

Conference Learning Objectives
•Explore diagnosis and treatment options, medically, surgically, and through targeted nuclear and radiotherapeutic options, for patients suspected of having neuroendocrine tumours.
•Examine fundamental and clinical research aimed at understanding the causes of, and possible therapies for, neuroendocrine malignancies.
•Recognize the benefits of a team model approach to health care and the collaborative interaction between health care professionals and patients in the assessment and treatment of NeuroEndocrine malignancies.
We would also like to ask for your help with a research project that we are doing by filling out a survey. It should only take a few minutes and the data collected will be invaluable. As always, we value your privacy and it is in complete confidence. For more information about the survey, click here.
We also have a survey specifically geared towards the medical community. If you are a doctor that has had patients with Carcinoid NeuroEndocrine cancers, we would ask that you fill out our Medical Professional Survey.
